AC Engineering
In today´s business world, AC Engineering realizes that to continue to grow we must provide value-added service to our clients through constant review and ongoing rising of standards, to ensure that our employees strive to uphold AC Engineering's vision.
AC Engineering will be ISO 9001-2000 certified and will be accountable to the company´s Corporate Quality Council by providing updates and status at quarterly Corporate Quality Council meetings. The Corporate Quality Council is responsible for developing and monitoring corporate standards, programs and best practices to help the company improve and grow.
AC Engineering's Quality Management System starts at the top with the Vision Statement and then flows into the Quality Policy, Quality Manual, Mandatory Procedures and Non-Mandatory Guidelines. The Quality Manual is a key document that links the procedures and "how the departments in the company does business on a daily basis" with the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).The company's Quality chart shows the sections of the total Quality Management System - from the vision through to guidelines on how to complete tasks, including standard forms and tools that may be used during project work.
AC Engineering has a series of mandatory procedures that apply to all projects executed in the companies within the company. For clients who have their own sets of standards, our program has the flexibility to adapt a "fit-for-purpose" approach.
