EMPLOYEE - Terms and Conditions

START DATE / TRIAL PERIOD

The first 3 months of employment will be a trial period. If the employee is sick or away from work in this time, the employer can extend the agreed trial period with the length of the period that the employee has been away from work. The contract is a short time contract that is connected up towards hiring the employee out.

WORK TASKS

The employee shall at all times perform the tasks that he/she is hired for and shall abide by the terms and conditions of this contract.

WORK HOURS

The employee is going to follow the following work hours as agreed. The normal working hours will be 7.5 hours per day five days per week. A maximum of two thousand hours per year is allowed under Norwegian law. The salary will be taxable referring to the Norwegian law. Timesheet shall be in the hand of ACE on the last Sunday of the month. The salary will be paid out on a monthly basis on the first Friday in the following month worked. The employee will be working under Norwegian law and paying Norwegian taxes and social insurances, and will be entitled to the benefits that this brings.

HOLIDAY PAY

Holiday pay is regulated after Norwegian regulations in the holiday law (29 April 1988 or 21), which gives the employee 10, 2% holiday pay of gross salary. The holiday year goes from December to December. The holiday pay is separated from the hourly rate. The holiday pay will be paid out in June the following year or if you end your contract before it will be paid out on your last salary.

EXPENSES FOR WORKS TRAVELS WITHIN NORWAY

Other travel expenses will be covered if the employee has taken care of the receipts up to an amount regulated in Norwegian law.

SICKNESS

The employee will receive sick pay after sixteen days. This is regulated under Norwegian law. The employee must report him/herself sick before 8 am or not more than one hour after the commencement of the employee’s regular starting time.

INSURANCE AND MEDICAL

ACE provides full liability insurance for the employee. Employee is entitled to full state medical cover
